We create the loudest, most durable, and arguably coolest Bluetooth speakers on the market.

ROLE CHANNEL SALES SPECIALIST

The Retail & Distribution team is responsible of driving the sales activities through direct retail accounts and distribution partners. It’s currently a team of 4, focusing on areas such as channel marketing and partner relationship management across Europe. They all commonly ensure that the growth targets are met, the products are available across the retail partners stores and are displayed according to the agreement.
As the Channel Sales Specialist at SOUNDBOKS, you’ll step into a role where you can expand your skills and build on your sales career through hands-on learnings. You will take on the responsibility of activating business opportunities within predetermined accounts. Your daily focus will be on nurturing those relationships, driving growth, and ensuring great collaboration. With that, you’ll help ensure the team reaches its revenue goals, allowing even more end customers to get their hands on a SOUNDBOKS speaker.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
Partner Relationship Development
You’ll be the main point of contact for a set of existing partner accounts, maintaining proactive and regular communication to nurture and grow these relationships for long-term collaboration and success.
You’ll actively listen to partners, uncovering, and acting on opportunities for business growth.
You’ll ensure that partners have access to the information and updates they need to drive shared success.
You’ll participate in marketing and retail events, boosting and activating the SOUNDBOKS brand presence.
Sales Performance & Forecasting
You’ll track sales performance, create and update accurate forecasts, and share them with the team to stay aligned on goals and progress.
You’ll review partner progress, identify any challenges, and contribute to creating plans for ongoing improvement.
Team Collaboration & Brand Storytelling
You’ll keep a close communication bridge with team members and other stakeholders across the organisation, in order to ensure we’re all reaching towards the same goal.
You’ll gather feedback from partners and their customers, sharing these insights with the internal teams.
You’ll keep spreading the word of the SOUNDBOKS story, all while keeping a close alignment with the company values with every touchpoint along the way.

You’re probably at an early stage of your sales career and are ready to dive into hands-on learnings.
You’ve been a part of driving sales for a brand (e.g., audio, lifestyle, or else) before, and it’s something you really enjoy doing and want to expand your skill set on.
You are really excited to become the ambassador of the SOUNDBOKS name, most likely because you’ve already enjoyed the product at an event before and it’s something you resonate with.
You get energised by daily interactions with others, and your enthusiasm and drive come through wherever you go.
Attending trade events, conducting calls, and visits with business partners - that’s really where you shine.
And hey - numbers are your friends! You know how to use data insights to see where a push is needed, so spreadsheets, sales numbers, and overall use of business management platforms is a part of your toolbox.
You work well independently and are ready for both further professional and personal growth.
You’re fluent in English (it’s our internal company language), but if you also speak one of the Nordic languages, German, or French, it will be considered a plus!
