SOUNDBOKS is an emerging young audio tech company and aspiring lifestyle brand. You may have seen us at a music festival, skate competition, basketball event or at your favorite artist’s release party. We build the loudest, most durable, and arguably the coolest, Bluetooth speaker on the market.

The Brand Team oversees and owns the development, feedback and implementation of the SOUNDBOKS brand strategy and brand identity to ensure a world-class, identifiable, and defensible end product. They drive awareness and desire across core markets, establishing the needed recognition and preference for the commercial functions to convert those potential consumers into buyers.

The team works closely with all commercial departments within the organization to ensure consistent brand representation across platforms including social media, performance marketing, e-commerce & channel marketing. They are the brand champions throughout the organization, ensuring a strong understanding and representation of the brand company wide.

The Creative Director holds the responsibility of translating the SOUNDBOKS brand strategy into a distinct, clear and strong identity, expressing our value proposition through tone of voice, visual elements, and guidelines for photo and video. They collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure that the brand is consistently brought to life at every step of the SOUNDBOKS journey.

Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:

  • You’ll be creating, managing and updating brand guidelines across the SOUNDBOKS visual identity, tone of voice and photo and video content.
  • You’ll be overseeing a small team of creatives and working with agencies to implement brand identity across all consumer facing elements.
  • You’ll be ideating brand campaigns and communicative concepts to effectively express the SOUNDBOKS value proposition and building desire and demand and brand awareness in the core markets of United States and Germany.

Here is the exciting part:

  • You’ll work on an ambitious, experiential and international lifestyle brand with both D2C and retail distribution channels.
  • You’ll have the chance to build an updated brand identity for a growing international brand and work with not only talented internal content teams, but also external agencies.
  • You’ll work in an organization that is strongly vertically integrated on the commercial side of the business.
