The Digital Experience team at SOUNDBOKS is fully responsible for shaping the digital customer journey across both the website and the app. Their mission is to create a frictionless yet inspiring online experience for customers, while driving growth in both e-commerce performance and app engagement.
In this role, your primary focus will be supporting the e-commerce part of the team, which is focused to improving website content and implementing general updates. Additionally, you will assist in analysing the impact of these changes on website performance through detailed evaluations and discussions together with the team.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
Website Updates
You’ll support the Web Content Specialist with hands-on setup of campaigns in Shopify.
You’ll assist with updating pricing and other product information on the website.
SEO Support
You’ll utilise SEO tools and share feedback with the team, suggesting when and what improvements are needed to enhance SEO rankings.
You’ll also support on the execution of the SEO improvements.
Website and Feature Performance Analysis
You’ll assist the e-commerce team by analysing page and campaign performance.
You’ll support the app team by analysing app performance.
App Updates
You might occasionally help the app team by making content updates on the app.
Job requirements

You are genuinely excited about improving digital content and helping websites look their best.
You carry an analytical mindset, and are able to execute data analyses in Excel or other platforms.
You’re tech-savvy— and it’s no surprise, since you and technology just speak the same language.
You’re great at communicating and collaborating within a team, and you naturally gravitate toward learning how the bits and pieces of an online business come together.
You might have experience with Shopify or other content management platforms.
You might have even tried your hand at coding or experimented with SEO improvement practices before.
There’s at least 1 year left in your studies.
