ROLE LOGISTICS & FULFILMENT COORDINATOR

The Supply Chain team at SOUNDBOKS runs the end-to-end flow of components and products and ensures they make it all the way from suppliers to customers. They optimise inventory, costs, and delivery timelines - all while ensuring the product is available and delivered securely and intact, well-organised, and ready for handling. They use data-driven forecasts and build collaborative partnerships, in order to maintain a strong supply network that can adapt to market demands and business growth.
As the Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator at SOUNDBOKS, you will ensure seamless execution of B2B orders all the way from the order placement to fulfilment and post-purchase support. You will act as the first point of contact when B2B customers need help with their order status and will be responsible for coordinating effective collaboration between internal teams at SOUNDBOKS and our external partners (such as 3PL).
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
Order & Outbound Logistics Management
You’ll oversee end-to-end order processing and fulfilment for our B2B partners.
You’ll coordinate timely dispatch of goods from warehouse to customer, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules.
You’ll continuously identify opportunities to optimise fulfilment and processes to minimize costs and complexity.
Defective Inventory Resolution
You’ll manage the reverse logistics process from partners, alongside the internal repair team.
You’ll work with repair and commercial teams to coordinate replacements and returns, ensuring alignment with agreements and warranty status, and report on these activities to the Logistics Manager.
Software & Reporting
You’ll operate in the partner-specific platforms for real-time order tracking and delivery scheduling.
You’ll generate weekly/monthly reports on shipment accuracy, delays, and defect rates.
You’ll oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) activities for our EU accounts.
Cross-Functional Coverage
You’ll support with the inbound logistics activities (such as receiving product and handling inventory checks) during peak periods.
You’ll support e-logistics team with online order troubleshooting on Shopify and Amazon when needed.
Job requirements

What you’ve been up to thus far:
You’re excited to further explore and grow your career in the field of logistics.
You have 1-2 years of experience working with freight forwarding or logistics, coordinating domestic and/or international shipments and using order management/logistic tools or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
You’ve got hands on experience with shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists).
You’re familiar with carrier selection and rate negotiation processes.
Ideally, you’ve handled coordination with warehouses for order fulfilment previously.
You’re versed in supply chain terminology and how the shipping procedures work.
You’re able to read and interpret delivery schedules and shipping documentation.
You’re skilled at Microsoft Excel, especially when it comes to reporting and data analysis.
You’ve got some experience with troubleshooting, so you’re prepared to tackle any order discrepancies or logistics hiccups that might come up.
It would be great if you’ve already gained confidence in inventory tracking and reporting tools.
It’s a plus if you’re comfortable with defect documentation and return merchandise authorisation (RMA) processes.
